Artículo primero. Créanse en el Consulado General de Colombia en Nueva York, los cargos de Asesor de Petróleos y de Oficial Ayudante del Asesor de Petróleos, con sueldo mensual de ochocientos ($ 800) y de cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($ 450), respectivamente.

Parágrafo

El Asesor de Petróleos deberá ser ingeniero titulado.
