Art. 4º Si el empleado á quien se ha impuesto una multa, de acuerdo con el capítulo 3º de la Ley 110 de 1888, no la consignare en el término que señala el artículo anterior, el encargado de hacerla efectiva procederá á cobrarla ejecutivamente, de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales.
