°. Día Cívico . Declarar como “Día Cívico de la Paz con la Naturaleza” el tercer viernes del mes de abril de cada año, con motivo de la protección de los recursos naturales.

Parágrafo

Para tales efectos, el primer día Cívico de la Paz con la Naturaleza será el 19 de abril del 2024.
