Art. 30. Los créditos del Tesoro contra sus deudores se extinguen:

1° Por pago del deudor;

2° Por sentencia judicial definitiva que lo declare absuelto de la deuda;

3° Por falta de persona ó cosa responsable;

Parágrafo

La declaratoria de extinción del crédito, para la consiguiente descripción de la operación, corresponde en el caso del inciso 1° de este artículo al Recaudador ó responsable que lo liquidó; en el caso del inciso 2°, al Poder Ejecutivo; y á la Corte de Cuentas, por unanimidad de votos, en los casos del inciso 3°.
