º. La Junta Administradora del Fondo, con base en la investigación correspondiente, calificará si se trató de acción violenta del servicio y graduará el auxilio de acuerdo con la incapacidad médica fijada. Cuando se trate de gran invalidez, el auxilio podrá ser el máximo señalado en el artículo primero de este decreto.
