El Tesoro Nacional pagará el aporte de la cooperación a que se refiere el artículo anterior en seudas cuotas anuales de doscientas cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) a partir de la vigencia fiscal de 1964.

Parágrafo

Si no se apropiaren en el Presupuesto de dicho año las sumas a que se refiere este artículo, el Gobierno queda facultado para hacer dentro del Presupuesto de la respectiva vigencia los contra créditos y traslados que fueren necesarios, de manera que pueda dársele cumplimiento a la presente Ley en los años fiscales de 1964. 19665, 1966 y 1967.
