Decreto 2170 de 1992 · por el cual se suprime el Fondo Nacional de Bienestar Social

Supresión y Liquidación.- Suprímese el Fondo Nacional de Bienestar Social, establecimiento público creado y organizado por el Decreto-ley 3057 de 1968, el Decreto Reglamentario 1226 de 1970 y los Decretos ley 612 de 1974 y 147 de 1976.

En consecuencia, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, dicho establecimiento entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual deberá concluir a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 1993.

La liquidación se realizará conforme al procedimiento que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
