Voluntariado Social. Con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento del artículo 157 de la Ley 65 de 1993, la Dirección del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario, Inpec, y los directores de los centros carcelarios, promoverán la creación y organización de los cuerpos de voluntariado social.
