Restricciones temporales para el traslado de administradora en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud. La Entidad Promotora de Salud que con conocimiento acepte a un afiliado que no haya cumplido con el período mínimo de permanencia establecido en las normas vigentes, será solidariamente responsable con el afiliado por los gastos en que, como consecuencia de tal incumplimiento, haya incurrido el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, independientemente de las sanciones que pueda imponer la Superintendencia de Salud por el desconocimiento de tales disposiciones.
