Mientras: esté vigente la prima móvil decretada a favor de los empleados y obreros nacionales, correspondiente a las asignaciones cuyo valor se atiende con partidas globales del Presupuesto de gastos se pagará por los distintos Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, con cargo a la apropiación global del respectivo servicio, en el caso de que hubiere lugar a ello.
