Verificado el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones establecidos en la Ley 861 de 2003 y en el presente decreto, el Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos competente dejará constancia en la respectiva matrícula inmobiliaria de la constitución del patrimonio de familia para que el inmueble, salvo por lo dispuesto en el inciso 2° del artículo 23 de la Ley 546 de 1999, no pueda ser afectado por medida cautelar alguna.
