Ley 70 de 1930 · POR LA CUAL SE REORGANIZA EL CONSEJO DE ESTADO Y SE DICTAN UNAS DISPOSICIONES SOBRE JUICIOS DE NULIDAD ANTE LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO

Suprímese una de las Secretarías del Consejo de Estado, y la que subsistirá se reorganiza con el personal y las asignaciones mensuales siguientes:

Habrá, además un Relator, que tendrá a su cargo la edición de los Anales del Consejo , la formación y publicación anual de las doctrinas sentadas por la corporación, y las demás funciones que ésta le señale. Este empleado devengará una asignación mensual de $ 200.

Un Archivero Bibliotecario, con $ 110 mensuales.

Todos los empleados anteriores referidos serán elegidos por el Consejo.

Un Chofer nombrado por el Presidente del Consejo, $ 80 mensuales.

Siete Auxiliares, uno para cada Magistrado, de su libre nombramiento y remoción, con $ 150 mensuales cada uno,
