Participación en sociedades y asociaciones. El Instituto Nacional de Salud podrá participar con otras entidades públicas en sociedades o asociaciones que se creen u organicen, con o sin la participación de personas privadas, en los términos del Decreto 130 de 1976 y de las demás disposiciones legales que regulen la materia, para cumplir eficientemente sus funciones o para objetivos análogos o complementarios.
