Autoridad competente para retirar y suspender . Tiene la facultad de disponer el retiro del servicio y la de suspender ene le ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones a los empleados públicos, cuando sea el caso, la autoridad a la cual corresponda el nombramiento del empleado público, de conformidad con el artículo 19 de este Estatuto.
