ARTICULO 2.1.1.4.27 . INVERSIONES EN ACCIONES Y BONOS. Las inversiones en acciones y bonos sólo podrán realizarse cuando éstos se encuentren inscritos en una bolsa de valores y por conducto de la respectiva bolsa. Sin embargo, cuando se trate de adquisición en el mercado primario será suficiente que los títulos estén inscritos en una bolsa de valores.
