Artículo 1º Autorizase al Municipio de Manizales para que, dando cumplimento a lo dispuesto por el artículo 11 de la Ley 71 de 1916 , permute por fajas de mayor superficie las de las calles y carreras del área urbana de la ciudad comprendidas dentro de las siguientes zonas:

Carreras diez y siete y veintidós con calles primera y veintidós:

Carreras primera y tercera con calles novena y veintidós: y

Carreras primera y novena con calles primera y cuarta.

Parágrafo

Las fajas de que trata esta ley serán destinadas a la variación de las calles y carreras comprendidas en las zonas especificadas a fin de que se mejoren las pendientes fuertes que hoy tienen con nuevos trazados y nivelaciones.
