El indiciado o su defensor podrán entrevistar a personas con el fin de encontrar información útil para la defensa. En esta entrevista se emplearán las técnicas aconsejadas por la criminalística.
La entrevista se podrá recoger y conservar por escrito, en grabación magnetofónica, en video o en cualquier otro medio técnico idóneo.
