Cédese al Municipio de Puerto Wilches, en el Departamento de Santander, y desde la fecha de la promulgación de esta ley, la propiedad, explotación y administración de la Casa del Mercado que actualmente se construye en ese Distrito por cuenta del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social.
