Cualquier aspirante no admitido a concurso podrá solicitar, a más tardar dentro de los dos días siguientes a la fecha en que se le comunique el rechazo, la reconsideración motivada de dicha decisión ante la División de Carrera de la Escuela Judicial la cual decidirá dentro de los dos días siguientes a la presentación de la solicitud. Contra la decisión de la División de Carrera de la Escuela Judicial no cabe recurso alguno.
