PROVIDENCIA NULA. La providencia por la cual se impone una sanción disciplinaria será nula si el funcionario que la dictó no era el competente. En este caso, la nulidad la declarará el Jefe del Departamento, la actuación anterior será válida y el expediente se enviará al funcionario que el mismo Jefe determine.
