Art 1.° Créase un cuerpo de injenieros, que se compondrá por ahora de un injeniero un jefe, tres injenieros auxiliares i los demas subalternos que juzgue necesarios el ingeniero un jefe con acuerdo del Poder Ejecutivo. Dicho cuerpo se ocupará en la rectificacion de la parte del trazado del ferrocarril del Norte comprendida entro Saboyá i la orilla del rio Carare, i en la formacion de un nuevo presupuesto de gastos para esa parte de la línea.
