º Para los efectos que se indican en los artículos 2º y 3º de este Decreto reasúmese la atribución constitucional prevista en el numeral 19 del artículo 120 de la Constitución Política, respecto de la Fundación Antonio Restrepo Barco. En todo lo demás continuará conociendo el Ministerio de Justicia en los términos de los Decretos 319 de 1960 y 576 de 1974.
