Artículo primero. Apruébase en todas sus partes e Decreto número 004 de 24 de marzo de 1970 originario de la Intendencia Nacional del Putumayo así: DECRETO NUMERO 044 DE 1970 (marzo 24) por el cual se determinaría la planta de personal de la Intendencia Nacional del Putumayo y se dicta otras disposiciones. El Intendente Nacional del Putumayo, en uso de sus atribuciones legales y en desarrollo de los Acuerdos números 007 y 008 de 1970. decreta:
