Régimen de transición. Las personas prestadoras que hayan radicado proyectos dentro de los términos establecidos en el Decreto 2412 de 2018 se regirán por esta norma, exclusivamente en lo que se refiere a la presentación de proyectos y la asignación y traslado de recursos. En todo caso, podrán manifestar su decisión de acogerse a totalidad de lo señalado en la modificación del presente Capítulo.
