Las unidades ejecutoras registrarán en la misma fecha de la operación, el valor total de la obligación y de las deducciones con fines presupuestales y contables, independientemente de que su pago deba realizarse en cuotas parciales ante la insuficiencia de PAC mensual, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de la norma general de causación definida por la Contaduría General de la Nación.
