Destínase la suma de ocho mil pesos ($ 8.000.00) para la Institución del Buen pastor de la ciudad de Pasto, que tiene a su cargo la educación de las niñas pobres y desamparadas.

Esta suma se entregará a la Junta Directiva de dicha Institución, la que rendirá a la Contraloría General de la República cuenta estricta de su inversión.
