Auxiliase con la cantidad de treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000) la construcción de la torre y la reedificación de frontis de la iglesia de Santo Domingo de esta ciudad. Esta suma se pagará en dos contados anuales sucesivos, y se entregará al superior de los Reverendos Padres Dominicos mediante la respectiva cuenta de cobro.
