Artículo primero. A partir del primero (1°) de enero de 1954, modifícase la estructura y suprímense todos los cargos del Despacho del Ministro, Secretaría General, Dirección, Juzgados Nacionales de Ejecuciones Fiscales, Oficina de Asesoría Económica, Oficina Jurídica, Oficina de Evaluación Estadística y Oficina de Organización y Métodos del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público establecidos por los Decretos números 1711, 1810 y 2313 de 1960 y 79 de 1961.
