ARTICULO 1.2.0.4.2 . REGLA ESPECIAL PARA CORPORACIONES DE AHORRO Y VIVIENDA. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, cuando un establecimiento bancario, corporación financiera, compañía de seguros o sociedad de capitalización efectúe inversiones en corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda sus directores y gerentes podrán hacer parte de los organismos directivos de las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda receptoras de las inversiones.
