º El Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería de Petróleos expedirá matrícula profesional a los Ingenieros de Petróleos que hubieren obtenido la correspondiente matrícula del Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura o sus Seccionales con anterioridad a la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto, con la presentación de su matrícula y la cancelación de los derechos correspondientes. Los interesados deberán elevar la correspondiente solicitud dentro del año siguiente contado a partir de la fecha de instalación oficial del Consejo Profesional. Vencido este término, deberán someterse a lo señalado en el artículo 7º de la presente reglamentación.
