ARTICULO 1o. La Naturaleza Jurídica. - Reestructúrase en una Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado del orden nacional, con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y capital independiente, a la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones -TELECOM creada y organizada por las leyes 6a de 1943 y 83 de 1945 y los Decretos 1684 de 1947, 1233 de 1950, 1184 de 1954, 1635 de 1960 y 3267 de 1963, vinculada al Ministerio de Comunicaciones a la cual, salvo lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, para todos los efectos le serán aplicables las disposiciones que regulan el régimen de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado.
