Para la compra de las monedas extranjeras al tipo de que habla el artículo anterior, sólo podrá invertir la Junta la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($200.000) oro. Si invertida esta suma quedare existencia de dicha moneda, podrá comprarla la Junta por su valor intrínseco.
