Ley 10 de 1931 · POR LA CUAL SE CEDE UNA PARTE DEL TERRENO DE LA PLAZA DE SANTA ROSA DE CALI PARA LA AMPLIACIÓN DEL TEMPLO PARROQUIAL Y DE LA CASA CURAL DEL MISMO NOMBRE

La Parroquia de Santa Rosa en compensación cederá gratuitamente al Municipio de Cali la faja de terreno que sea indispensable para el ensanche de la calle 10.

Parágrafo

La cesión de la faja de terreno, de que trata el presente artículo, debe acompañarse de la entrega de material para que pueda efectuarse la cesión y entrega de la zona de terreno de que trata el

articulo 1º de esta Ley; y del cumplimiento de esta disposición se dejará constancia en el acta de que se habla en el artículo siguiente.
