Los arrendatarios tienen la obligación de conservar limpios los lugares adyacentes a sus almacenes, depósitos, bodegas, o plantas industriales. Les estará prohibido depositar en ellos basuras, bajo la pena de satisfacerlos gastos de acarreo de la misma hasta el lugar designado para su depósito. Tampoco podrán obstruir enforna, alguna, ni aun momentáneamente, los lugares de paso, vías de acceso u otra as de carácter público.
