Para la adjudicación definitiva de tales porciones, el Ministerio respectivo debe ordenar que, por el Departamento, Intendencia o Municipio agraciados, se haga la mensura y el levantamiento del plano, por un agrimensor, a quien debe exigírsele, por un Tribunal o Juez, el juramento que, conforme al Código Judicial se exige a los peritos.
