Del producido de la venta a que se refiere el artículo tercero de la presente Ley, se destinara la suma de cien mil pesos ($100.000.00), para la construcción del edificio del Colegio de Bachillerato "Carlos Adolfo Urdaneta", creado por la Ley número 170 de 1948, el cual se construirá en la ciudad de Ayapel, de conformidad con los planos y presupuesto que elaborara el Departamento.
