Antes de cerrar el Congreso sus actuales sesiones el Senado elegirá tres de sus miembros y la Cámara cinco para constituir una Comisión Legislativa.

Parágrafo

La elección se verificara en cada una de las Cámaras por el sistema prescrito en el artículo 33 de la Ley 42 de 1905 .
