º . Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial la definición de "Prestadores del Servicio Público Especial de Aseo" contenida en el artículo 4º del Decreto 2676 de 2000, y el numeral 15 del artículo 31 del Decreto 2278 de 1982, conforme al Decreto 1036 de 1991.
