Article 29

Prohibición

Ley 1673 de 2013 · por la cual se reglamenta la actividad del avaluador y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Ninguna Entidad Reconocida de Autorregulación mantendrá, temporal o definitivamente como uno de sus miembros a una persona que se encuentre suspendida o cuya inscripción haya sido cancelada en cualquier Registro Abierto de Avaluadores.

Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, las personas jurídicas que sean de propiedad, contraten o empleen personas naturales que se hayan inscrito a una Entidad Reconocida de Autorregulación, estarán sujetos a las sanciones de esta ley, aun cuando tales personas no sean miembros de la Entidad Reconocida de Autorregulación.
