Los recaudos que los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, obtengan por el impuesto previsto en el artículo 50 de esta Ley, deberán destinarse por lo menos en un 80% a gastos de inversión y/o servicios de la deuda contratada para inversión.
