° Las personas procedentes del exterior, que guarden en sus equipajes cualesquiera de los productos a que se alude en el artículo anterior, deben formular la respectiva declaración ente los Agrónomos Inspectores de Cuarentena y Sanidad Vegetal del correspondiente puerto, quienes procederán a decomisarlos, si aquellas no poseyeren el permiso para la importación, expedido por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, y el certificado de Sanidad Vegetal.
