Si las mercancías depositadas estuvieran amenazadas de demérito, la Zona Franca lo comunicará al interesado y en casos urgentes procederá a ejecutar las operaciones y maniobras necesarias para su conservación aun sin avisar a los interesados, levantando un acta ante testigos. Los gastos que con tal motivo se ocasionen serán cubiertos por los interesados.
