Toda empresa aérea está obligada a mantener invariablemente para sus servicios, a partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, un personal colombiano no inferior al 25 por 100 durante los primeros cinco años de su funcionamiento, al 50 por 100 durante los cinco subsiguientes, y al 75 por 100 a partir del undécimo año en adelante.
