Art. 2 ° Los Administradores de Salinas, tan luego como tengan conocimiento del presente decreto, fijarán los avisos de que trata el artículo 491 del Código Fiscal, para los efectos que en él se determinan, i darán cuenta a la Secretaría de Hacienda de la fecha en que empiecen a rejir los nuevos , precios.
