La partida correspondiente al presente auxilio será incluída necesariamente en el Presupuesto para la próxima vigencia fiscal, y si no se hiciere así, autorízase al Gobierno para hacer los traslados o efectuar los créditos correspondientes para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
