°. Actualización. Los comercializadores de minerales deberán actualizar la información suministrada al momento de la inscripción en el Registro Único de Comercializadores de Minerales - RUCOM, ante cualquier cambio que ocurra; y renovar en el mes de enero de cada año, los documentos contenidos en los literales d), f) y h) del artículo 3° del presente decreto. El incumplimiento a la obligación de renovar la información y documentación señalada, no permitirá extender la inscripción en el RUCOM.
