Artículo único. Estímase que la acción ejecutada en Tonosí el día 24 de Diciembre de 1901, por el joven D. Rafael Forero Nieto, en defensa de las actuales instituciones, es uno de los hechos más heroicos que registra nuestra Historia militar; y recomiéndase, por tanto, la memoria de este abnegado servidor á la gratitud de sus conciudadanos.

Parágrafo

Copia de esta Ley será remitida á la familia del expresado Sr. Forero Nieto.
