Artículo tercero. Las facultades y las atribuciones de que venían haciendo uso la Sección de Ejecución y Control y el Grupo de Costos de la División de Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, serán ejercidas directamente, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, por el Jefe de la División de Presupuesto o sus Delegados.
