Cuando el Ministerio de Educación compruebe el incumplimiento de alguna de las obligaciones señaladas en el presente Decreto, notificará a la entidad infractora la sanción a que puede hacerse acreedora. Si la irregularidad se mantiene, el Ministerio procederá a aplicar la sanción correspondiente.
