El artículo 8º del Decreto 1735 de 1964 quedará así: Si el deudor no denuncia bienes, o los denunciados fueren insuficientes, el funcionario ejecutor deberá solicitar información sobre los bienes del ejecutado y de su cónyuge si hubiere declaración conjunta. Las entidades oficiales, semioficiales o privadas a las que se solicite la información, estarán obligadas a suministrarla en un término de diez (10) días, sin perjuicio de la reserva que la ley establece.
